KEY COMPETENCIES •Managing the Accounting Department of the company in office, areas and regions. •Leading the group of Accountants to implementing the Finance and Accounting policies and rules. •Employing, Evaluating and training the Accountants. •Establishing and monitoring the monthly budgets and G/L Balances sheet for the company branch office. •Matching the account statements and reconciliation the finance balances of vendors and customers. •Matching and reconciliation the bank statement and following all banking processes. •Watching, monitoring and posting the finance documents in the Accounting system. •advice company branch policy and procedures on all finance matters; •Using arrange of tools and techniques to assist to develop company branch strategy; •Setting up and developing accounting team in several geographic locations; •Broad HR skills including recruitment, performance management, development and succession plans. | |
